Every night, Isaac’s bedtime routine includes, sitting on his cute frog potty before bath fun. He sits and we sing a little song and he smiles and “dances” (all upper body moves). He will always reach for a bath toy to hold while on his throne.
I was cleaning up after dinner and suddenly hear Matt call out, “Steph! CaN you COME HERE?!”
Blood was my first thought.
Thankfully he was fine and in one piece sitting on his potty, looking puzzled at all the commotion.
“He pee’d,” Matt said. “In the POTTY!” I picked Isaac up and there it was. FULL. “WOW!” We were clapping and praising him, trying to show him, YES this is a good thing!
My husband then said, “okay… now what? (giggles, he is so precious). I told him we can dump it in the toilet but not before I get a picture. There was a bigger shout here when Matt looked at me completely DISCUSTED and insisted that there was NO way I was going to capture this indecent thing on film. My only battery was dead and he won.
Isaac has peepee’d on the potty 3 nights since.
Maybe the Lord will bless me with an easy one because I’ve had to train so many at school =)
